Veterinarian, Medical Director Thrive Pet Healthcare Urgent Care – Turnersville Location Turnersville, New Jersey, within the greater Philadelphia metro area. The hospital serves Turnersville, Williamstown, and Pennsville Township and operates seven days a week, 10:00 am–10:00 pm, providing extended‑hour, walk‑in outpatient care for pets with non‑life‑threatening conditions that require prompt attention. Responsibilities Your role as a key leader will drive positive changes and growth. You will shape our vision, foster an exceptional culture, and maintain high standards of care. Partnering closely with our Hospital Administrator and leadership team, you will develop strategies, implement improvements, and guide the hospital toward excellence in patient and client care, while supporting staff development. You will provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and medical oversight as we transition from urgent care into a combined urgent‑care/ general‑practice model. Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required. State Veterinary Board License in good standing for the state in which hired. Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible. Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and decision‑making skills. Experience in urgent care medicine strongly preferred; comfort working across a broad range of presenting conditions in a fast‑paced, walk‑in environment.
