Job Description People Operations amp Coordination - Coordinate daily People amp Culture administrative activities - Support implementation of P amp C policies procedures and initiatives - Act as a coordination point between departments and the P amp C team Employee Administration amp Records - Maintain accurate employee files contracts and HR documentation - Prepare letters certificates memos and official correspondence - Ensure confidentiality and proper document control at all times Recruitment amp Onboarding Coordination - Support recruitment processes including screening coordination and interviews - Coordinate onboarding activities documentation ID cards and inductions - Ensure timely completion of onboarding checklists Employee Services amp Support - Serve as a point of contact for colleague queries and service requests - Support employee relations activities with professionalism and discretion - Assist with welfare accommodation and benefits coordination as required Payroll amp Attendance Support - Assist in monitoring attendance leave records and overtime - Support payroll preparation by providing accurate data to Finance - Follow up on discrepancies and corrections Reporting amp Compliance - Prepare People amp Culture reports such as headcount and attendance - Support audits inspections and compliance documentation - Ensure P amp C activities comply with labor law and hotel standards Qualifications amp Experience Education Bachelor s degree in People amp Culture Business Administration or related field Experience 2 4 years of experience in People amp Culture or HR coordination roles preferably in hospitality #J-18808-Ljbffr
