Maintenance Mechanic SupervisorPeopleShare is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor in Allentown, NJ. We're looking for an experienced maintenance leader to oversee daily operations, perform preventive maintenance, and support a high-volume production environment.Pay: $45-$47/hrSchedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pmWhat You'll Do:Lead and train maintenance staff, manage schedules, and approve timecardsPerform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and production machineryTroubleshoot mechanical issues using diagrams, manuals, and precision instrumentsFabricate repair parts and manage inventory of tools, equipment, and suppliesMaintain and update SOPs, JHAs, and LOTO documentationSupport the Maintenance Manager with workflow planning, task delegation, and production prioritiesEnforce safety standards and ensure high-quality, efficient operationsWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of management experienceAbility to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)Strong mechanical troubleshooting skillsExperience in fast-paced production environmentsExcellent communication, time management, and leadership abilitiesHigh attention to detail and consistent use of PPEPhysical Requirements:Standing/walking for prolonged periodsAbility to bend, stretch, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbsIf you have strong mechanical skills, leadership experience, and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to connect.
