Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support access awareness, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. DayTimeSat08:00 AM - 08:00 PMSun08:00 AM - 08:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity by verifying credentials, following visitor processing procedures, and reporting access concerns in accordance with site protocols.
- Support daily operations by observing facility activity, noting maintenance and/or operational issues that could affect the location, and communicating security-related information in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements:
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
