Role Description The Production Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dyer, IN, responsible for supporting the end-to-end production of promotional and merchandising projects. This role coordinates schedules, monitors workflows, and ensures that all project milestones are met from initial concept through final delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing production timelines, updating status reports, communicating with internal teams and external partners, and resolving production issues to keep projects on track. The Production Coordinator will assist with purchase orders, vendor coordination, quality checks, and inventory tracking to ensure accuracy and on-time fulfillment. This role collaborates closely with sales, design, and operations to maintain high standards of service and deliver creative, cost-effective solutions for clients. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Production Planning and Production Management skills to coordinate multiple projects, timelines, and workflows. Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Organization skills to manage details, documentation, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams, both verbally and in writing. Candidates should be proficient with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project tracking software) and comfortable learning new systems. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving ability, attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative work style.
