Forward Deployed Senior Process Consultant

Position Summary R1 is the leading provider of technology‑driven solutions that transform the patient experience and financial performance of hospitals, health systems, and medical groups. As our Forward Deployed Senior Process Consultant, you will design and optimize consulting delivery processes in coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless and consistent execution of use cases in support of customer objectives. Every day you will proactively engage with customers and support decision‑making with data‑driven insights. Responsibilities Quantify the use case business case by identifying customer objectives and measuring benefits and ROI. Lead and mentor Forward Deployed Process Consultants, ensuring alignment of team efforts with client goals and operating metrics. Collaborate on product roadmap, future state process flows, and implementation plans. Support development of training and change‑management plans to drive adoption of best practices. Provide technical product and operational leadership throughout the solution lifecycle. Evaluate emerging operational and technical opportunities and recommend future use case business cases. Ensure proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement in service delivery. Develop sustainable mechanisms to monitor KPIs and SLAs for steady‑state operations. Qualifications 10+ years of experience with healthcare operations or enterprise software environments. Adept with AI tools and enthusiastic about the convergence of technology and operations. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills. Compensation & Work Environment Base pay range: $117,000.00 – $243,559.21 per year (US‑based). Compensation determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. Eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan at a target of 20.00%. 50% travel expected.
