Job Title Senior Client Support Specialist About the Role As a Senior Client Support Specialist, you will serve as a subject matter expert on our portfolio of innovative financing solutions. You will partner with internal teams and external channel partners to communicate and execute the product strategy for Global Business Solutions (GBS) Lending, including hardware and alternative financing. What you will do: Communicate product strategy for GBS Hardware Financing solutions to bank partners and Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) Collaborate with internal teams, bank partners, ISOs, and merchants to deliver a best-in-class SMB financing experience Train and present product enhancements to channel partners while monitoring KPIs related to product performance and service trends Track and report on product performance, assist with issue prioritization, and support analysis related to pricing and product bundling Draft internal product communications and documentation Partner with product, legal, compliance, vendors, and operations teams to resolve issues Monitor ISO prospects to identify customer needs and market insights Support issue management, including root cause analysis and client communication Ensure compliance with system auditing, client profile updates, and administrative requirements What You Will Need to Have Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management and/or relationship management Experience in payments or merchant lending High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to travel up to 10% What Would Be Great to Have Experience in equipment financing Sponsorship: You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
