Client Support Specialist

ADP is hiring a Client Support Specialist . Job Overview The Client Support Specialist will serve as ADP's front‑line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, training users on ADP technology, and more. Your focus will be on clients with between 50 and 999 employees. What You'll Do Be a trusted advisor and problem solver, working independently or as part of a team to resolve client issues and deliver solutions. Build relationships with clients over phone, email, and chat, exceeding expectations while upholding integrity. Educate clients and provide recommendations based on ADP product knowledge. Organize your schedule to manage a high volume of inbound calls. Required Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in client service, customer service, or systems integration. • Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons. • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
