Senior Director, Private Aviation Solutions (West Coast Region)

Our client is a leading US private aviation provider offering jet card, on demand charter, and bespoke flight solutions for high net worth individuals. Their model is built on personalised service, trusted operational support, and a reputation for safety and client care. The role: This senior commercial position focuses on growing the West Coast market, converting warm enquiries and developing self generated opportunities with UHNW clients. You will own the full sales cycle, nurture long term relationships, and work closely with flight operations and sourcing teams to deliver an exceptional private aviation experience. Qualifying inbound leads and running targeted outbound outreach Building and retaining a portfolio of private clients Upselling jet programs and cross selling charter solutions Tracking pipeline activity in Salesforce and providing weekly reporting Building operator relationships and widening solution options for clients Representing the brand across events and the local luxury ecosystem Location: Los Angeles or San Francisco This position involves regular travel across the Midwest to meet clients and team members, along with occasional overnight trips to the HQ for meetings, conferences and operational support. About you: 5+ years private aviation sales or 10+ years consultative UHNW sales Strong understanding of jet cards, charter solutions, and aircraft options Proven revenue generation and client retention track record Excellent communication and relationship building ability Highly organised, motivated, and comfortable with pace and autonomy Based in San Francisco or Los Angeles with ability to travel as needed Menska's thoughts: This West Coast remit sits at the intersection of a well established brand and a fast evolving market.
