About Our Agency:
I've been a State Farm agent since 2020 and bring over 25 years of industry experience to my agency. We take great pride in being actively involved with the community and the local Chamber of Commerce. Supporting local events and connecting with new members of the community is something my team and I find truly rewarding.
Our culture is engaging, collaborative, and focused on teamwork. With a team of seven, we work hard together, celebrate wins, and create an environment where everyone can grow both professionally and personally.
We offer two weeks of PTO, a health and wellness stipend, and a group 401K. We're looking for someone who is hardworking, dedicated, and passionate about making a positive impact in the community. Role Description:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Natalie Burkhaulter - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
