What You Will Do Lead & Develop the Team – Guide, coach, and develop Financial Planning & Analysis team members while driving performance and growth. Deliver Business Insights – Analyze financial and operational results to provide actionable insights that support decision‑making and business performance. Lead Strategic Analysis – Conduct what‑if analysis and evaluate the financial impact of business changes and new opportunities. Partner with Leadership – Build strong relationships with executives and field leadership to support action planning and business decisions. Drive Planning & Forecasting – Improve budgeting and planning accuracy while supporting long‑term financial strategies. Enhance Reporting & KPIs – Develop and refine key performance indicators and reporting to improve visibility and drive results. What You Will Need Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, with 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related fields. Leadership Skills – Proven ability to lead initiatives, develop teams, and influence cross‑functional partners. Problem‑Solving Ability – Strong judgment and resourcefulness to navigate complex business challenges. Analytical Thinking – Advanced ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations. Financial Expertise – Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial planning, and business analysis. Valid Work Authorization – Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
