Client Account Representative

Job Description

Milliner Talent Solutions is hiring Client Account Representatives for a large-scale temporary project with one of our long-standing clients. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional office environment.

The Client Account Representative will serve as a key point of contact for clients while supporting transaction processing, account maintenance, reporting, problem resolution, and ongoing communication.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent client service through phone, email, and chat communication
Review, process, and monitor client account transactions and documentation
Maintain accurate client records while following compliance and regulatory requirements
Run reports and identify exceptions or issues that need follow-up
Partner with internal teams including accounting, operations, and technology
Help document and improve internal processes and procedures
Prioritize work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 5+ years of relevant professional experience
1-2 years of experience in financial services, banking, trust administration, philanthropy, customer service, or office operations preferred
Strong communication, writing, and customer service skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and work well in a team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
