Job details: Associate Attorney (commercial litigation or defense experience preferred) needed for large well-established Law Firm with offices in every state. Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year. In this role, you will work closely with attorneys and clients to develop and execute strategic defense approaches that align with business objectives while mitigating litigation risk. You will gain hands‑on experience supporting a diverse portfolio of corporate clients across industries including franchise, chemical, ridesharing, social media, software, medical devices, manufacturing, private equity, construction, real estate, technology, and cybersecurity. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a national trial team on complex, high‑risk litigation matters Assist in developing case strategy and preparing for trialConduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents Communicate effectively with clients to support tailored defense strategies Manage multiple assignments and deadlines with minimal supervision Qualifications 2+ years of litigation experience Strong legal research, writing, and persuasive advocacy skills Excellent academic credentials Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
