Key Responsibilities Open and operate the New York office as a hands‑on biller and grow a recruitment team. Oversee legal and governance functions across financial services markets. Leverage existing network and secure platform to launch recruitment operations. Implement a business development plan and scale the team to over ten recruiters. About You Experienced biller with strong leadership skills and a desire to turn recruiters into high‑performing billers. Knowledgeable in recruiting for complex tech clients within financial services. Comfortable building and managing a high‑performing recruitment team.
