Shipping Clerk Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)
- Prepare and process shipping documents, bills of lading, invoices, and manifests.
- Coordinate outgoing shipments and incoming deliveries.
- Schedule freight pickups and communicate with transportation carriers.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations.
- Verify orders, quantities, and shipping information for accuracy.
- Generate shipping reports and maintain filing systems.
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.
- Assist with inventory control and warehouse coordination.
Shipping Clerk Qualifications:
- Experience in shipping, logistics, warehousing and office administration
- Knowledge of shipping and logistics procedures
- HS Dip or GED
- Familiar with Inventory Management
- Experience with transportation documentation
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
