Position Overview We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Dock Manager who is passionate about leading people and building high-performing teams. This position is responsible for overseeing all dock activities, developing warehouse leaders, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring freight moves safely, accurately, and on time. Key Responsibilities Lead all daily dock operations within our refrigerated warehouse Develop, coach, and mentor Warehouse Leads and Warehouse Associates Ensure inbound and outbound freight is handled safely, accurately, and efficiently Protect product quality while handling refrigerated and frozen freight Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor resources to meet daily operational needs Work closely with Transportation, Dispatch, Customer Service, and Warehouse leadership to ensure exceptional service Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs, and eliminate inefficiencies Ensure compliance with OSHA, HACCP, food safety requirements, and company policies Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews with Warehouse Leads Monitor warehouse performance and communicate results to senior leadership Resolve operational challenges quickly while maintaining excellent customer service Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement by setting clear expectations and recognizing strong performance Lead by example by living Minuteman's MILES values every day Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred Five or more years of warehouse leadership experience, preferably in refrigerated or food distribution operations Experience leading warehouse teams and developing employees Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, dock management, and cold-chain logistics Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory software, and Microsoft Office Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills Proven ability to improve processes, develop employees, and build high-performing teams Comfortable working in a fast-paced refrigerated warehouse environment Schedule & Compensation Full-Time Leadership Position Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year , based on experience Schedule based on operational needs On-site position in our refrigerated warehouse Why Work for Minuteman?
