Head of Growth Marketing

IDR is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to join one of our top clients for a 100% Remote Direct-Hire opportunity! This role is focused on leading growth initiatives within a high-growth organization that operates multiple direct response brands. The position offers the chance to own and drive the company's growth strategies, overseeing a team and managing key performance outcomes.


Position Overview for the Head of Growth Marketing:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive growth strategies across various marketing channels.
• Manage the growth P&L, setting targets and measuring performance to optimize ROI.
• Oversee and mentor a team of media buyers, strategists, and creative resources to execute innovative campaigns.
• Develop and improve creative, offers, and funnel strategies to maximize customer acquisition and lifetime value.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.

• 5+ years of experience owning full funnel growth, including P&L management.
• Expertise in managing Meta paid media spend with hands-on experience across Facebook and Instagram ads.
• Proven track record of creating, testing, and scaling multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and managing a team of marketing professionals.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns and landing pages based on performance metrics.
