Brand New Office Opening Soon | Hiring 3 Hygienists Schedule: 4‑day workweek totaling approximately 34 hours per week Monday–Thursday Schedule: Monday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Tuesday: 7:00am – 5:00pm Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm Tuesday–Friday Schedule: Tuesday: 9:00am – 6:00pm Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Responsibilities Provide exceptional, patient‑centered dental hygiene care, including preventive services, periodontal therapy, and patient education Build strong, trusting relationships with patients by delivering compassionate, high‑quality care Perform thorough assessments, including periodontal charting and dental radiographs as prescribed Educate patients on oral health, hygiene techniques, and overall wellness Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure a smooth, efficient patient experience Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes in accordance with practice and regulatory standards Uphold infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols at all times Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented culture in a brand‑new office environment Qualifications Open to new graduates as well as experienced dental hygienists Passion for providing exceptional patient care and creating positive dental experiences Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to grow alongside a new practice Ability to adapt and thrive in a brand‑new, start‑up office environment Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and continuous learning What You’ll Gain Competitive benefits including health insurance and retirement savings plans, six paid holidays and PTO (paid time off) Continuing education to provide you opportunity to develop your full potential and enhance your clinical skills to provide education and care to your patients.
