Clinical Education Manager

** We are currently seeking Clinical Education Manager located in Vegas Nevada Area or Phoenix ONLY**

Summary:

The Clinical Educator is responsible for delivering education and training on product usage to clients, customers, and internal teams. This role will evaluate learning needs, recommend and implement strategies to improve the delivery and utilization of products and services, and ensure that best practices are consistently applied. The Clinical Educator will also provide direct clinical support and services as determined by the Company, serve as a subject matter expert for both staff and customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance outcomes, customer satisfaction, and overall product effectiveness.

• Responsible for quality unit service delivery including clinical education and documentation.

• Recommend changes to improve delivery service and implement new programming.
\n
• Ensures continuity of care in the provision of comprehensive services and for coordinating communication with other service components.
\n
• Serves on agency committees, work groups, and other bodies as a subject matter expert.
\n
• Adheres to the agency’s policies and procedures, it complies with any applicable governmental bodies.
\n
• Comply with the agency’s standard for delivery service.
\n
• Provides field instruction for customers as opportunities permit.
\n
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience Required

\n
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Registered Nurse (RN) required
\n
• Equivalent degree in Nursing or related field considered
\n
• Clinical expertise in Company products and services.
\n
• Ability to work as part of a comprehensive team and to represent the agency in a medical environment.
\n
• Good organizational skills and administrative abilities.
\n
• Flexibility in days and hours available for work, at times including weekends.
\n
• Ability to adhere to the professional conduct code.
\n
• Knowledge of and ability to comply with all applicable governmental bodies.
\n

Language Skills:

\n
• English required, bilingual (Spanish) a plus
\n

Physical Demands:

\n
• Standing for prolonged periods, walking, and extensive travel.
\n
