Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate : $ 27.50/ hr
We have partnered with a large manufacturing company in the Ypsilanti, MI area to provide them with a Maintenance Technician . Please review the description below and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Maintenance Technician:
#1. Must have Driver's License and Forklift License.
#2. Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
#3. No more than 4 jobs over the past 10yrs.
Responsibilities for the Maintenance Technician :
- Effectively provide mechanical maintenance support to the day-to-day operations.
- Monitor applicable systems and machines for acceptable performance.
- Adhere to all established policies and procedures with respect to operations, health & safety, and security.
- Complete and document preventive maintenance and repairs as needed, as well as routine maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Parts Inventory Tracking - monitor and requisition materials, supplies and spare parts as necessary to sustain equipment operation.
- Maintain and upkeep maintenance records/logs (i.e.: PM's, down time hours, etc.)
- Equipment and Machinery Change Overs change operating characteristics of equipment.
Other Key Requirements:
- This is an on-site role
- No Visa or Sponsorships. No Corp-to-Corp.
