What You'll Do
- Provide resident care in a long-term care setting, observing and reporting changes in health status
- Accurately receive and carry out physician's orders
- Administer medications and treatments with proper documentation
- Supervise and assist LNAs, ensuring quality resident care
- Support residents' activities, including wound care, oxygen administration, and nutritional support
- Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers, maintaining detailed records
- Communicate effectively with residents' families and team members
What You Need
- Valid NH LVN/LPN license
- Minimum of 1 year LTC experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation required (facility in a rural area)
