Preferred Skills/Certs/Exp: Stable.
Job Details: Ratios: 1:1-2. Shift: 12 HR nights 7p-7a. Float requirement: Required to float out to MedSurg, CNA, secretary and/or helping hands. Weekend requirement: Determined by department needs.
Patient Diagnoses: Unit had ~100 births in all of last year so not a very busy department. LDRP unit, so both mother and baby care.
Special Procedures/Unit Details: LDRP unit so candidate will assist both mother and baby. Not a very busy unit but this unit does have higher acuity/high risk cases.
