We are a family-owned operation led by Titan 100 Honoree and Tampa Bay Business Journal Fast 50 entrepreneur Roy Kirchner. We have spent over a decade building something real, doing things the right way, and earning long-term relationships with our clients. Now we need the right person to help us keep that standard and grow it. What We Need We are hiring a Client Success and Operations Specialist who can genuinely do ten things at once and not drop a single one. This role sits at the intersection of customer relationships, daily operations, and backend systems. You will be trusted with real accounts and real responsibility from day one. Required Experience Shopify ecommerce platform QuickBooks Online ERP systems ShipStation Live phone-based customer support What You Will Do Every Day Primary point of contact for client accounts via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Guide clients on 3D printers, materials, and services. Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy. Maintain organized records and own follow-up communication. Support repeat business accounts and protect long-term client relationships. Handle multiple customers calls, open orders, emails, and teammate coordination simultaneously without losing composure. Pay Start part-time at $20-22/hour with a clear and specific 90-day performance benchmark that leads to full-time and a raise.
