About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to provide executive leadership for finance, facilities, and information services. The CAO will be responsible for ensuring that the systems supporting client care are efficient, sustainable, and aligned with the organization's goals. This role involves long-term planning, operational improvement, and organizational growth. The successful candidate will oversee the Finance, Facilities, and Information Services departments, collaborate with the CEO to shape policies and procedures, and work with key stakeholders on budget development. The CAO will also be involved in IT innovations, network security, and ensuring that the organization's technology supports improved services and efficiencies. Applicants for the CAO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master’s degree, and at least 4 years of experience in managing information services, finance, and/or healthcare administration. Alternatively, a high school diploma or GED with over 10 years of experience in a similar capacity will be considered. The role requires a candidate with a high degree of initiative, judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, process improvement, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Professional certifications such as PMP, CPA, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred. The CAO will also be expected to have strong organizational, supervisory, and financial skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
