The HR Manager serves as the primary recruiting and HR partner for the business, helping connect talent strategy with day-to-day operations.The Opportunity This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys recruiting and wants to play a direct role in building the team behind a business. You'll lead recruiting efforts across the Specialized Solutions operation, partnering with leaders to identify workforce needs, build candidate pipelines, and hire the talent needed to support the business. While most of your focus will be on recruiting, you'll also serve as the primary onsite HR resource for the Fort Wayne operation, helping leaders and employees navigate day-to-day HR matters and ensuring a positive employee experience.
