We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:We are looking for positive Team Members to provide excellent customer service, consistent products, and an awesome event experience. Position will include but not limited to beverage service & drink order execution, bar operations duties and implementing and following facility emergency procedures, safety guidelines and company polices for patrons and Team Members. Bartender/Server must be able to work nights and weekends as dictated by event schedule.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Efficiently and accurately prepare and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages Interacting with customers, taking drink orders, and serving drinksOperate a cash register and balance a cash drawerRestock and replenish bar inventory and suppliesEnsure bar areas are clean and well presentedAny additional tasks assigned by managementEXPERIENCE:Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patronsAbility to work individually or with others in a fast-paced work environmentOne year of customer service experience with general public preferredPrior bar tending and food & beverage experience preferred Must be available on weekends and nights as well as some weekdaysMust be TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or Alcohol Seller-Server certified. Certification must be current and is required to have prior to a start date Must be 21 years of ageWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 40 poundsMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of timeFacility has intermittent noise
