We’re looking for a Bartender who can bring energy, leadership, and exceptional hospitality skills to our team. This is a hybrid role, perfect for someone who loves being behind the bar but also has the experience and drive to manage a team and ensure smooth operations.

As a Bartender , you’ll be responsible for mixing up great drinks, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that both guests and staff have an amazing experience. You’ll take on leadership responsibilities, assist with daily operations, and help drive the success of Revel Sports Kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bartending Excellence: Craft high-quality drinks quickly and consistently while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Team Leadership: Assist with training, scheduling, and managing bartenders and front-of-house staff.

• Guest Experience: Create a fun, engaging, and welcoming environment for all guests.

• Inventory & Ordering: Help track liquor, beer, and bar supply inventory, ensuring we’re always stocked.

• Operations Management: Ensure smooth bar and restaurant operations, including opening/closing duties and cash handling.

• Event & Game-Day Execution: Help manage high-energy game nights, special events, and promotions.

• Compliance & Safety: Enforce responsible alcohol service, health codes, and company policies.

Experience: bartending experience, plus leadership or management experience preferred.

Skills: Strong mixology knowledge, leadership abilities, and excellent customer service skills.

Personality: Outgoing, energetic, and passionate about creating a great atmosphere.

Multi-Tasking: Ability to handle high-volume shifts while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Team Player: Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Reliability: Punctual, responsible, and able to lead by example.

Game-Day Energy: Work in a high-energy sports bar with a great atmosphere.
