Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for both bar and restaurant needs.
- Assist in planning and executing bar and food menus.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- ID customers to confirm legal drinking age and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, making guests feel welcomed and cared for during their visit.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of craft cocktails and beverage preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Flexible availability for lunch, dinner, and late-night shifts.
