Process Auditor

We're looking for a detail-oriented Process Auditor to inspect and measure manufactured parts to ensure they meet quality and customer specifications. This role is ideal for someone with quality inspection experience who is comfortable using precision measuring tools and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform quality inspections on parts and materials.
• Measure products using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify defects or damage.
• Document inspection results and complete quality reports.
• Report non-conforming materials and quality issues.
• Verify inspection equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
• Perform coil and component inspections.
• Follow company quality standards and procedures.

Requirements

Required Experience

• 1-2 years of recent quality inspection experience.
• 1-2 years of experience using measuring tools such as:
• calipers
• micrometers
• pin gauges
• ball gauges
• height gauges
• Experience performing dimensional and visual inspections.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and measurements.
• Ability to accurately record inspection data and findings.

Preferred Knowledge & Skills

• Reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Understanding tolerances and measurement standards.
• Experience with torque wrenches.
• Knowledge of gauge calibration and inspection processes.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for 8-10+ hours per shift.
• Frequently lift and move items weighing 30+ pounds.
• Repeatedly lift materials above shoulder level.
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $16.28 - $16.28/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
