Registered Nurse - Pain Management

Responsibilities Assist with rooming patients. Prepare pain clinic patients for doctor’s examination. Obtain pertinent patient history. Assist physician in procedures. Provide patient education and post-procedure instructions. Schedule follow-up appointments. Assist with patient referrals. Shift Part Time Days This position functions independently and is accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team. Delegates tasks appropriately. Identifies hospital resources. Serves as a clinical resource for new employees. Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department. We are looking for an experienced nurse who is driven by innovation and continuous improvement. Moderate sedation experience is required.
