Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their social, emotional, and psychological challenges, utilizing a variety of assessment tools and frameworks.

• Design and implement individualized service plans aligned with each client’s unique goals, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.

• Engage in therapeutic counseling sessions with individuals and families experiencing grief, loss, or significant life transitions, employing evidence-based practices.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning for clients in urgent need.

• Collaborate with local agencies and community organizations, coordinating services to ensure clients have access to necessary resources and support systems.

• Organize and participate in community outreach activities aimed at raising awareness for our services and the challenges faced by our clients.

• Document case interactions comprehensively and maintain accurate records according to ethical and legal standards.
