Your Responsibilities:

  1. Aggressively follow up with team-provided leads and convert them into active clients.
  2. Conduct expert buyer and seller consultations.
  3. Show properties, negotiate offers, and guide clients seamlessly to the closing table.
  4. Leverage our TC and administrative support so you can spend your time building relationships and selling real estate.
  5. Participate in our training and coaching sessions to continuously sharpen your skills.

Who We Are Looking For:

  1. Active Missouri Real Estate License (Required).
  2. Open to all experience levels: New or Experienced, Full-Time or Part-Time.
  3. Highly driven, outgoing individuals with a strong work ethic and a proactive mindset.
  4. Coachable professionals who want to learn insider strategies for high-level lead conversion.

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time, 1099 Contractor

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
