What You'll Do

As the Human Resources Administrative Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, applicants, and customers while supporting key HR initiatives across the organization.

Front Office & Administrative Support

• Welcome visitors, applicants, vendors, and employees
• Manage incoming calls and company phone system
• Maintain office and lunchroom supplies
• Coordinate company luncheons and employee events
• Assist with general administrative projects and communications
• Support professional and welcoming office operations

Human Resources Support

• Review employment applications and resumes
• Conduct initial candidate phone screenings
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
• Support employee communications and engagement initiatives
• Maintain HR records and documentation
• Assist with training and development programs
• Provide support for recruiting and retention initiatives

Payroll & Operational Support

• Cross-train in payroll processes to provide backup coverage
• Support HR compliance and administrative processes
• Assist with special projects as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous administrative, customer service, or office support experience
• Experience in Human Resources, recruiting, payroll, or related functions is a plus
• Associate degree or relevant work experience preferred
