Overview Amsterdam Nursing Home is hiring a Staffing Coordinator for our Skilled Nursing Facility in New York City. Responsibilities Creating work rotations and schedules using staffing software Tracking open positions for recruitment Answering phones and dealing with callers Managing timekeeper software Ensuring shifts are fully staffed Tracking attendance and lateness Processing mail and emails Database management Qualifications Pleasant disposition and a positive attitude Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Exceptional oral and written communication skills Excellent time management and prioritization skills Experience coordinating general office workflow activities such as distribution of departmental mail and answering phones Collaborative spirit and willingness to learn Available to work weekends Equal Opportunity Employer – M/F/D/V #J-18808-Ljbffr
