Position will be in one of the functional areas of the warehouse including driving, receiving, picking, packing and shipping.Essential FunctionsProcess orders according to priority set by Supervisor/Group Lead in order to meet customer requirements.Receive, pick, package, and label shipments according to the Distribution SOP and work instructions.Maneuver picking carts or powered industrial truck to various locations throughout the warehouse to fulfill orders.Complete paper documentation requirements for packing and shipping of all materials, including hazardous chemicals.Practice good housekeeping and keeps inventory neat, clean, and orderly.Complete paper documentation requirements as outlined by SOPs.Verify proper storage conditions of products and notifies Supervisor of any inventory issues that may arise such as Can't Finds, Expired Product, Breakage, and Out-Of-Stocks.Assist other team members, as needed, to ensure customer satisfaction including maintaining sufficient employee relations and teamwork.Drive Supply Chain vehicles from multiple ImmunityBio Sites.Create, edit and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Performs ad-hoc and cross-functional duties and/or projects assigned to support business needs and provide developmental opportunities.Education/Experience RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED with 1+ years of relevant experience required.Experience in a regulated GMP industry preferred.Experience with computers and scanning equipment preferred.Experience operating a powered industrial truck, preferably a cherry picker, and forklift preferred.Required Competencies – Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesMust be able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Must be able to work independently and possess problem-solving abilities.Ability to constantly stand and move around department required.Frequent walking, stooping, bending and reaching required.Ability to use step stools and ladders.Excellent computer software proficiency including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) e-mail communications.Ability to navigate database systems, updating information, processing deliveries / shipments / ETC.Working Environment/Physical RequirementsThis position works on site as noted in the offer letter.Regular work schedule is Monday – Friday, within standard business hours. Flexibility is available with manager approval.Ability to work on unscheduled days and weekends to support the dynamic work schedule and relevant timelines.This position has exposure to onsite lab environment.Must be able to don and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as requiredMust possess the ability to work in a standard warehouse setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer.Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.This position will be handling hazardous materialsThis position is eligible for a discretionary bonus and equity award. The hourly base pay range for this position is below.
