Manager, Retail Mobile Sales

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. Direct Retail Sales Manager As a Direct Retail Sales Manager you will manage relationships in support of our Retail Partners Sales Channel, build a high‑performing team through recruitment, retention, and training, and develop sales plans to meet or exceed retail growth by selling Spectrum products and services through indirect distribution channels. Responsibilities Coach, develop and motivate Retail Account Representatives to achieve both individual and team objectives. Implement retail sales channel strategies to grow market awareness for the Spectrum brand, including development of new retail customers. Communicate overall plans to Divisional Sales Director; monitor, evaluate results and provide detailed status updates. Develop and manage relationships with Spectrum Authorized Retailers and Partners to grow effectiveness of the retail channel by continuously monitoring trends, opportunities, issues and performing in‑depth needs assessments. Provide input on training content and process based on communication with retail partners, industry best practices or recommended process improvements. Provide guidance, monitor, and manage the enforcement of all Company policies. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Experience: Sales management experience (5+ years), project management (3+ years), telecommunications industry experience (3+ years); knowledge of employment laws and procedures. Abilities: Read, write, speak and understand English. Travel: Ability to travel to multiple locations up to 70% of the time, valid driver's license and ability to meet company’s motor vehicle requirements. Preferred Skills Extensive knowledge of telecommunications products and services, sales strategies in a retail environment, and all functions and related tasks in the area of retail sales environments.
