Contract Administrator Full-time AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) We are a growing commercial tiling company seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. This role suits a highly organised, systems-driven professional who is confident managing end-to-end contract administration across multiple construction projects. About The Role You will take full ownership of contract administration processes across commercial tiling projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong communication between site teams, office staff, clients, and subcontractors. We are looking for someone who can confidently manage competing priorities, maintain exceptional attention to detail, and ensure all project documentation and financial processes are accurate and up to date. Key Responsibilities End-to-end contract administration across commercial tiling projects Managing variations, invoicing, and project timelines Using Simpro and CRM systems to manage job workflows and data integrity Liaising with clients, builders, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams Ensuring all contractual and compliance documentation is maintained Supporting project and operations managers with reporting and coordination About You Minimum 4+ years experience in construction contract administration (essential) Strong hands‑on experience with Simpro and CRM systems (essential) Solid understanding of construction workflows, variations, and progress timelines Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Experience in commercial construction or trade‑based environments highly regarded #J-18808-Ljbffr Virtual Assistant Team
