Full job description The On-the-field Resident worker position at FACES is very much equivalent to a on the field maintenance person. The right person is someone who can change locks, paint, clean and complete apartment inspections and be able to lift at lease 35 pounds and can walk up stairs. We are looking for a people person. This individuals will have to communicate with landlords, superintendents, clients and work as part of a comprehensive team. They will be responsible for bi-annual apartment inspections and making sure the issues in the apartments are addressed in a timely manner. This is an entry level position with a company that you will enjoy working for.
