Workplace Experience Coordinator

Description

Our client, the U.S.'s largest commercial real estate services firm, has an exciting opportunity for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to support daily workplace operations and deliver an exceptional customer service experience to employees, visitors, and guests at a professional office facility in Omaha, NE . This is a hands-on, 5-month contract role for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and helping create a welcoming and well-run workplace. Schedule isMonday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM.

What You'll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests, creating a friendly and professional first impression.
Welcome and register visitors, issue visitor and parking passes, and follow established security procedures.
Answer incoming calls professionally and assist with general workplace inquiries.
Move throughout the five-floor facility to provide hands-on support; this is not a stationary desk-based role.
Coordinate meeting rooms, presentations, recreational activities, dining arrangements, and other workplace requests.
Organize onsite events, including reserving spaces, setting up and breaking down rooms, and delivering supplies.
Coordinate workplace services such as mail distribution, office supplies, employee onboarding, and maintenance or janitorial work orders.
Respond to employee and guest questions or concerns, helping resolve issues with a customer-focused approach.
Communicate and coordinate with vendors providing workplace services and supplies.
Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures and notify appropriate personnel when needed.
Follow established procedures, complete assigned tasks, and communicate important information to the team.

What You'll Need

High School Diploma or GED.
Up to 2 years of job-related experience; customer service, hospitality, reception, or administrative experience is beneficial.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Comfort using Google Workspace, including Gmail, and basic computer applications.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, adaptable approach.
Professional communication and customer service skills.
Ability to follow established procedures, handle routine problems, and work effectively with employees, visitors, and vendors.
Ability to walk throughout a five-floor facility as needed and lift up to 50 pounds.
