We are looking for dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Weekend Warrior Program . As a Weekend Warrior CNA, you’ll make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while receiving an additional $4.00 per hour weekend differential . Weekend Shift Opportunities 12-Hour Shift 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Reliable transportation required.) 8-Hour Shifts 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Pay & Benefits Competitive wages Additional $4.00/hour weekend differential Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance for eligible full-time employees 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Employee recognition and engagement programs Career advancement and professional growth opportunities Supportive, collaborative team environment What You’ll Do Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Provide compassionate, person-centered care while respecting each resident’s dignity and independence. Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions. Accurately document care and communicate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team. Help maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. What We’re Looking For Current CNA certification required Compassionate and dependable approach to resident care Strong communication and teamwork skills Long-term care experience preferred, but not required Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled weekend shifts Why Horsham Center for Jewish Life?
