THE ROLE
We’re seeking a confident, forward-thinking Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our high-end functional medicine clinic to serve Watkinsville and Athens Georgia! You’ll work in person with clients who are ready to optimize their health — through hormone balancing, peptides, fat loss, and full-body wellness. You will be working alongside a certified nutritionist/registered dietician and 4 fitness centers!

This is not primary care. This is next-level preventative medicine.

This is an in-person position only — no telehealth or remote work available.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Conduct functional consultations: HRT, peptides, GLP-1s, weight loss
• Interpret advanced lab panels + create patient-specific protocols
• Draw blood, prep samples, and manage in-clinic lab processes
• Prescribe evidence-based therapies (compounds, injectables, etc.)
• Operate inside our EMR (Aesthetic Record) + contribute to SOPs
• Collaborate on clinical strategy as SHIFT grows

REQUIREMENTS

• State-licensed APRN with active DEA license (Required)
• In-person only — must live locally or be ready to relocate
• Confident with blood draws + sample handling
• Experience in functional medicine, HRT, or wellness preferred
• Passionate about patient outcomes, not insurance codes
• Independent thinker with strong communication skills

COMP + PERKS

• $60–$65/hour with room to grow as caseload builds
• Bonus opportunities
• Full time will need to be able to travel to Monroe and Jefferson
• As we grow we will have a full time position at each individual location. 
• Or we will hire 2-3 part time NPs
