Technical Designer

A Technical Designer is responsible for producing high quality project deliverables in construction documents. The role spans all project phases—from Schematic Design through Construction Administration—and reports directly to the Production Director. Responsibilities Produce accurate and complete construction documents. Collaborate with architects, project managers, and team members to coordinate construction document preparation. Participate in building and refining Revit models during the design phase. Create presentations and assemblies of plans for permitting. Assist during the construction administration phase, providing technical support and ensuring project compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of professional experience preferred. Strong problem‑solving, teamwork, and communication skills. Proficiency in Revit and design software. Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Customer‑service mindset and initiative.
