Job Duties As our Testing & Repair Procedure Manager , you will successfully document, complete maintenance, testing, and repair procedures in compliance with all applicable code and KONE guidelines. You will bring 10+ years of progressive and successful progressive service operations management experience, including technical expertise in service operations, elevator code, managing/leading people, action planning, and implementation to KONE. Completion of NEIEP/CEIEP education and Qualified Elevator Inspector (QEI) Certification a plus. Other Hiring Requirements Knowledge of elevator and escalator systems. Demonstrated success in code related testing and repair procedures Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details. Basic Office tool knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Projects, PPMT, etc). In addition, ability to write down procedural descriptions with draft pictures using Office Tools. Ability to effectively communicate KONE’s service methods and processes at the field mechanic and management levels. Willing to Travel. Benefits Annual Base Pay Range: The hiring range for this role is $110,500 – $145,000 USD ($154,500 – $202,755 CAD). The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Variable Compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan (20% US, 17% CAN) Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
