Executive Director

POSITION OVERVIEW Colorado Black Health Collaborative (CBHC) seeks a passionate, strategic, and culturally rooted Executive Director to lead the organization in advancing health equity for Black Coloradans. This position offers the opportunity to shape the direction of a highly respected, community-centered nonprofit fostering impactful health initiatives, advocacy, and systems change. The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing organizational management, securing funding through fundraising, developing staff, and fostering community partnerships. This role requires a leader with strong ties to Colorado’s health and philanthropic communities—ideally someone with lived experience in Colorado’s Black communities and a deep understanding of the historical and systemic inequities impacting those communities. CBHC is committed to racial equity and inclusive leadership.
