Smile, you found us! Looking for a career change in 2026? Come find out what makes Peak "THE PLACE" to work and live. Peak Management is currently looking for "ROCKSTAR" Leasing Professionals to join our team at our soon to be acquired community of 650+ units, located in east Dallas, Texas.
- Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public.
- Must be to work Full Time at Wade Manor, but able to commute to tour at The Park & Poet Place (as needed).
- Must have leasing experience, including solid understanding of Fair Housing.
- Must be able to demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to customer's need by communicating features and benefits to close the sale. Bilingual a plus.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Serious candidates only who want to grow their careers.

Requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
