HR Analyst - Global Mobility

Global Mobility Analyst - Arlington, VA We are seeking a proactive Global Mobility Analyst to drive our relocation and mobility operations in Arlington, VA. In this highly collaborative onsite role, you will champion the employee transfer experience, ensuring a seamless journey for our international and domestic transfers. We foster a supportive, growth-focused culture where your attention to detail and analytical skills will directly impact our strategic HR initiatives

Drive Impactful Change

• Spearhead Data Integrity: Enter and manage critical international transfer data across databases, ensuring high data quality and system consistency.

• Empower Employees: Serve as a key liaison, addressing questions from international transfers and vendors to ensure a smooth transition experience.

• Optimize Processes: Calculate, prepare, and process essential payroll documentation (loans and W4s) and draft transfer documents such as offer letters.

• Ensure Compliance: Participate in internal audits, support US immigration data accuracy filings, and meticulously maintain tracking reports using Microsoft Excel.

• Champion Strategic Projects: Support vital global mobility projects, including W2 yearly distribution, salary revisions, bonus structures, and year-end reporting.

• Collaborate Effectively: Schedule meetings, book rooms, and seamlessly support day-to-day departmental operations.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced, process-oriented expertise in Excel for tracking and report analysis.

• Exceptional time management, prioritization, and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and take direction from multiple sources.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, previous experience with SAP HR, and prior background in HR or Global Mobility.
