Schedule: Day Shift | Part-time, 24 hours weekly, (2) 12-hour shifts, 7:00am-7:30pm, rotating every 3rd weekend

How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Schedule patient appointments and procedures accurately with physicians and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient flow and resource utilization.
• Gather and accurately enter patient demographic, insurance, and clinical information into the appropriate database to establish a complete and compliant patient record.
• Coordinate insurance verification and pre-authorization processes to ensure financial clearance and reduce out-of-pocket stress for the patient.
• Educate patients on pre-service requirements, instructions, and financial responsibilities, promoting a clear and comfortable experience.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• Strong proficiency in multi-line phone communication and customer service, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Reliable computer data entry skills and a proven capacity to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
