Real Estate Finance Associate (Mid- to Senior-Level)

About the Role:
\nA leading global law firm is seeking a talented Mid- to Senior-Level Associate (JD class years 2017–2023) to join its premier Real Estate practice group in New York City. This role offers the opportunity to advise top-tier clients on complex, high-value real estate transactional matters in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
\n \nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial real estate transactions, including: \n
- Mezzanine financing and preferred equity transactions \n
- Acquisitions and dispositions \n
- Joint venture agreements \n
- Refinancing deals \n
- Conduct and oversee thorough due diligence for sophisticated commercial property transactions. \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless legal and strategic counsel to clients. \n
Qualifications & Requirements:
\n- \n
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. \n
- Class Years: 2017 – 2023 graduate. \n
- Licensure: Active bar admission in New York. \n
- Experience: Proven experience handling mezzanine finance, acquisitions, joint ventures, and refinancing deals within a sophisticated real estate practice. \n
- Skills: Exceptional business acumen, analytical capability, and strong verbal and written communication skills. \n
