We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Pantry Cook to join our kitchen team. The Pantry Cook prepares cold dishes, salads, appetizers, and desserts, and maintains organization and cleanliness at the pantry station.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare salads, cold appetizers, desserts, sauces, and garnishes according to recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry station at all times
Properly store and label food items following food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with daily prep work and station setup/breakdown
Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to kitchen management
Ensure consistent quality, portioning, and plating standards
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service
Previous kitchen or pantry experience preferred
Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Strong attention to detail and organization
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
