Full-time Barista at Rosetta's Coffee ShopMeriwether Godsey is looking for a full-time barista at Rosetta's Coffee Shop, responsible for providing our guests with the finest drink service and attentive, gracious service at Hollins University.Pay rate: $16 Per HourMust be available to work as follows: Monday-Friday, 7am-3pmWhat you will do:Make and serve specialty coffee, tea, and additional hot/cold beveragesGreet and interact with customers while displaying a positive and friendly attitudeAdhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage itemsMaintain a clean and sanitized workstation, including, but not limited to, sweeping and mopping floors of café and server, emptying trash cans, cleaning grinders, etc.Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.Sell and serve baked goods and miscellaneous food itemsMaintain stock of café inventoryWhat you need:Prior barista/café experience (2 years preferred)Point of sale (POS) experience preferredExceptional customer service skillsExcellent communication and good organizational skillsFlexibility: ability to switch between locations and job dutiesHigh school diploma or equivalentWhat you will get:Competitive pay, meals, uniforms, benefits such as health, vision, dental, and more!Meriwether Godsey offers significant opportunities for growth and career advancement.
